We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. WhatsApp messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to communicate with people who contact us. This section explains what that means in practice, because it is the channel most of our conversations happen on.
- We only message you if you message us first, or if you gave us your number and asked us to.
- Your messages to us, and ours to you, are stored in our own systems so our team can see the history of the conversation and respond properly.
- An automated assistant may draft or send an initial reply to help you quickly. It is reviewed and supervised by our team, and you can ask to speak to a person at any point.

- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- To prepare a proposal, quotation or sample of work for you

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Meta Platforms — for WhatsApp messaging and advertising measurement
- Supabase — our database and application hosting. Our data is stored in the Mumbai, India region
- Google — for the AI model that helps draft replies, and for website analytics
- Our accountants and legal advisers, where required
- A government authority, where we are legally obliged to disclose
Some of these providers operate outside India. Where data is transferred abroad, it is done in line with the transfer rules under applicable Indian law.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients — up to 24 months from your last message, then deleted
- Client records — for the duration of our engagement and afterwards as needed to handle queries or disputes
- Invoices and financial records — for the period Indian tax law requires, currently eight years
7. How we protect it
Access to your data is restricted to the people in our team who need it for their role. Our systems are protected by authentication and row-level access rules, data is encrypted in transit, and credentials are held in an encrypted secrets store rather than in our code.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
